All orders may subject to customs and duty payable by the recipient of the order depending on the rules and regulations.
Actual colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources and device screen settings.

At Arfa Riwaj, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because
of this bespoke nature, we maintain a strict but fair refund and exchange
policy.

 We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind
• Size selection errors

·  Personal preference after delivery
Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive an incorrect or defective item:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
• Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item.

Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any
resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• Once Your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.
